Had brand-new room and a really nice stay in the surfer town. Comfy beds, excellent and lovely location in a lovely restaurant which over looked the beaches while we dined we was able to watch the sun set. Close enough to bars and food, and the beach, Newquay restaurants, and Also very close to Newquay town centre.

The Double Room with Sea View had a fantastic view that added relaxation to every morning. The location near the beach made it easy to enjoy the seaside whenever the mood struck.
Lack of plug sockets in the room was a nuisance. The first night was freezing cold even with the windows shut, and the bed felt quite soft for our taste. Noise from people passing by the room interfered with our peace, and I found the shower to be cramped, barely accommodating someone of average size. Parking was a hassle, and at £120 a night, it felt a bit steep given the other inconveniences.

The Double Room with Sea View was really nice. It was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed that didn't leave me with back pain like other places. The fridge in the room was a cool surprise! A bit of a hike upstairs to get there, but the view made up for it. Loved that it was modern yet had some quirky charm. It felt super cozy. Definitely felt well looked after.

The location was perfect for quick access to Fistral Beach while being distant enough to avoid crowds. The breakfast was excellent, with the best sausage I've ever tasted and catered to special dietary needs. With spacious, beautifully decorated rooms and a very comfortable bed, the stay was relaxing. Parking was convenient, though occasionally limited, but nearby free options were available.

The location couldn't be better, just a five-minute walk to Fistral beach. My room was fine, well-decorated, and clean. The en-suite bathroom offered good quality toiletries. Breakfast was fantastic, cooked to order, and the variety was excellent. Fresh fruit, cereals, and delicious hot options made mornings a treat. Chris and Magda, the hosts, are both lovely and very accommodating, providing tips on local spots and dining. Parking was a bit tricky, but I managed to find a space in the nearby long-term car park, free overnight. I would have appreciated more plug sockets in the room, as that became inconvenient. The room was a bit chilly on the first night despite the windows being shut. A good stay that I would love to repeat next year.

In my wife's opinion, more kid-friendly activities would enhance the stay.
